A pair of Graham Hill race overalls, in cream with red stripes, showing trace marks Graham's name and blood group that was once embroidered over the right hand zip pocket, showing minor wear and tear, offered together with a letter of provenance from the vendor, a marshal patch from the 1985 British Grand Prix, and a programme from the event with the vendors name as a marshal from the event printed to inside. Footnotes: The Vendor started marshalling at events in 1967 and continued until 1990. In November 1975 Graham Hill tragically died in a plane accident. The following year the vendor was a marshal at Oulton Park when they were told Bette Hill had arrived at the circuit wishing to give some of the marshals Graham's old overalls. The Vendor walked over to her car and Bette opened the boot up, lying in the boot was five of six pairs of overalls, she picked a pair out that looked about the right size and gave them to the vendor. At the time the overalls had Graham's name and blood group embroidered over the right hand zip pocket, but this had to be removed prior to use.
